As long as said performer/s don't change who they are, I wish them much success. Some of my favorites that I would love to see achieve the success they deserve are Seven Nations, Paul Thorn, and The Weepies.
A bit late, I know, but I thought I'd share some music for the occasion. A recent discovery from Marc Gunn's Celtic Music Podcast, it's Sligo Rags, a Los Angeles (I believe) based band. Great stuff. Enjoy!

Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] miafeliz I went looking on YouTube for Muppet Show moments. This is one of my favorites. Though Kermit the Frog speaking French is a bit hard to follow.

Paul Thorn... bluesy, rockin' music, some of it even has a message to it. I like it. Reminds me a bit of Jim Byrnes.
