Okay, I'm tired of being bitten. I'm just putting that out there. I added a new member to my galaxy of scar tissue. How do people own animals that are assholes right off the bat? This cat wasn't just upset or angry at being at the vet's. This cat knew how to bite on purpose. He has many hours of practice under his belt and knewwhat he was doing. He was supposedly dyspnic (short of breath) and had a potential to have respiratory distress. Not nearly enough, In my opinion. My left thumb now has a pair of open wounds right next to the knuckle. I did some DIY surgery on my thumb while it was still numb from the initial bite and made sure the track under the skin was open. Cat bites can abscess and get quite nasty. Trust me, I know...

And that's not the last of my annoying/embarrasssing personal injuries lately.  A week or so ago, I tripped over my big feet and the curb and smacked my kneecap into the sidewalk. The worst part was I droppped my tea which was almost full. My shoulder was sore the next day; I hadn't expected that. I used my opposite hand to catch myself.

What's next? A meteor crashing into my car on the way to work? A herd of elephants running me down in the hallway? I mean, I know I'm a klutz, but seriously, this is ridiculous.
