Writer's Block: Physical Education

[Error: unknown template qotd]Football, soccer, basketball, most team sports since I sucked at them and we didn't have an option for dressing out and getting cleaned up afterward in middle school. The rules of the games weren't explained very well and I just didn't care enough to try any harder. I loved gymnatics, even though I wasn't much good, and volleyball was one of the few team sports that I liked because I understood the rules and I was good enough at it to not look like a complete idiot playing.

I'm just not a sports person. The only thing I enjoyed in Gym was when we did "cross country running" - our route took us through woodlands and along the side of the river. Once you were in the woods teacher couldn't see you any more, so you could wander along the riverbank at your own pace.
